We at BDJ Labs have nothing but love for the fine folks at Patrick Cudahy's Wisconsin plant, which caught fire earlier today. Our thoughts go out to the employees and families affected (although, thank God, no injuries reported so far), and we hope the facility is back up and running and plying hard-working Americans with quality meat products again soon.
